| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个生命意识凸显的时代,然而,在竞技教育领域却出现了漠视生命的现象,表现为运动员的身体健康伤害、文化培养忽视、职业道德缺乏、人文关怀漠视和社会保障不利。在2008年北京奥运会的历史性机遇中,我们需要以生命视野,从体教结合、平等对话、技术逻辑、社会保障和激励机制5个维度关注运动员的个体生命,加强运动训练和个体教育的有效结合,促进师生之间的民主与自在的沟通,注重运动技术的竞技性与文化性的逻辑发展,构建完善的保障体制和合理的激励机制,建立以人为本的竞技教育体系。

| Abstract: | In a life highlight awareness times of 21st century,sport education has emerged ignore the phenomenon of life,which included the performance of the health of athletes to injury,cultural training neglect,lack of professional ethics,cultural and social security concern ignore negative.In the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games historic opportunity,we need to view athletes life from five dimensions which include the combination of sport and education,equality and dialogue,logic technology,social security and incentive mechanisms,to strengthen training and the effective integration of individual education,to communicate between teachers and students,to concern on the technology-oriented of logic development in sports and cultural,to construct a sound security system and reasonable incentive mechanism,and establish a people-centered competitive educational system. |
