数字孪生驱动的造船精细化工时管理模式及应用研究

摘    要:为进一步提升我国船舶制造企业生产管理水平,实现生产全过程监控,提高造船效率,提出一种基于数字孪生理论的精细化造船工时管理模式,通过建立二维三维数字孪生模型、系统架构和数据映射逻辑结构,在生产计划、监控通讯设备及企业知识的助力下,实现生产数据实时信息共享及人员、设备、材料有效集成。试验结果表明,数字孪生技术的运用使返工率降低17.6%,修正吨位提高12.4%。基于数字孪生驱动的造船精细化工时管理模式完成了数字化、集成化、智能化、标准化的工时管理信息系统构建,可降低生产管理成本,提高生产效率,提升造船企业核心竞争力。

Abstract:In order to further improve the production management level of China’s shipbuilding enterprises, monitor the production process and improve the shipbuilding efficiency, based on the digital twin theory, a refined shipbuilding man hour management mode is proposed. By establishing a two-dimensional and three-dimensional digital twin model, system architecture and data mapping logic structure, real-time information sharing of production data and effective integration of personnel, equipment and materials are realized with the help of production planning, monitoring communication equipment and enterprise knowledge. The results show that with the application of digital twin technology, the rework rate was reduced by 17.6% and the corrected tonnage was increased by 12.4%. The time management mode of shipbuilding fine chemical industry based on digital twin drive completed the construction of digital, integrated, intelligent and standardized man hour management information system, which can reduce production management cost, improve production efficiency and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
