基于CPS的智能日化工厂关键技术研究

摘    要:目前,国内传统日化工厂主要通过人机操作,人为控制生产流水线及产品包装与运输,该模式造成了工厂生产需要大量的人力和时间成本,极大限制了工厂生产效率和发展速度。为了紧跟《中国制造2025》计划,将CPS系统融入工厂未来发展,逐步向智能工厂转型。通过研究CPS的结构特性,融合目前先进的装备技术和信息技术,针对传统日化工厂生产模式缺陷,提出一种融合CPS的智能工厂解决方案。该方案能够帮助传统工厂实现智能化、自动化建设,智能工厂在提高生产效率、降低生产能耗以及改善产品服务质量方面均优于传统工厂。

Abstract:At present, the traditional daily chemical plants in China are mainly operated by man-machine which artificially controls the production line and product packaging and transportation, and the labor and time costs for factory production is huge, which has greatly limited the production efficiency and development speed of the factory. In order to keep up with the “Made in China 2025” plan, the CPS system is integrated into the future development of the factory and smart factory can be gradually formed. By studying the structural characteristics of CPS, and integrating the current advanced equipment technology and information technology, in order to analyze the defects of the traditional daily chemical plant production mode, we propose a smart factory solution that integrates CPS. This solution can help traditional factories achieve intelligent and automated construction, which can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production energy consumption, and improve product and service quality compared with traditional factories.
