| 摘 要： | 随着互联网信息技术与经济社会加速融合，管理服务智能化正成为时代发展的必然趋势。提升高职院校“互联网+政务服务”质量有助于提升高职院校内部治理能力，推进高职院校治理体系现代化。通过梳理信息协同与高职院校“互联网+政务服务”发展研究中的相关逻辑关系，总结归纳高职院校在校园网络建设、数据平台建设、信息公开与共享等方面取得的成果及存在的不足，并从顶层设计、制度建设、协同创新、人才培养等方面提出信息协同视角下高职院校“互联网+政务服务”质量保障建议与策略。

| Abstract: | With the accelerated integration of Internet information technology and economic society， it is becoming an inevitable trend of intelligent managent and service. Improving the quality of “government services via Internet plus” in higher vocational colleges is helpful to improve the internal governance capabilities of higher vocational colleges and to promote the modernization of management system of higher vocational colleges. By sorting out the relevant logical relationship between information synergy and the research on the development of “government services via internet plus” in higher vocational colleges， we summarize the achievements and shortcomings in the construction of campus networks， data platforms， information disclosure and sharing. From the perspective of top-level design， system construction， collaborative innovation， and personnel training， the suggestions and strategies for the quality assurance of “government services via internet plus” in higher vocational colleges based on information synergy are provided. |
