| 摘 要： | 城市的教育发展与整个国家或地区的教育发展具有“同构性”。高等教育发展与城市化和城市现代化互为前提、互相推动。现在 ,我国城市化建设取得了新的成就 ,有了新起点、新走向 ,这就对高等教育发展提出了新的需求 ,要求高等教育加快发展 ,为城市现代化创造良好的基础条件 ,提供有力的创新举措。

| Abstract: | Educational development in urban areas has the "i so morphic nature" with the national or regional development of education. Similar ly, the development of higher education and the progress of urbanization and urb an modernization are mutually presupposed and promoted. While China has so far a chieved new progress of urbanization, such new starting point and orientation ha s posed new requirement for the development of higher education, i.e. the develo pment of higher education must be accelerated so as to create ideal conditions a nd adopt energetic measures for the success of urbanization. |
