| 摘 要： | “社会主义新农村”这一提法并不是个新概念,它由来已久。一是来源于20世纪30年代我国乡村建设实验的借鉴;二是来源于我们党和政府长期以来解决“三农”问题认识的不断深化;三是来源于韩国“新村运动”等国外成功实践的启示。

| Abstract: | "The socialism new countryside" certainly is not a new concept.It has a long history.Firstly,it originated the successful experiment of develop countryside in 1930's in our country;Secondly,it derived from our party and government have deepening wareness of sovle the problem of "three agriculture" for a long time;Thirdly,it originated enlightenment of successful practice of "the new village movement" in South Korea and some overseas. |
