| 摘 要： | 学生干部是高校党团系统管理的得力助手,也是学生工作政策的基层执行人。本文针对学生干部在政策执行过程中会发生政策执行偏差问题进行了分析,并提出了提高政策执行力的对策措施,这对学生干部的政策执行是一种有益探索。

| Abstract: | Student-leaders imply the student-policy,for some reason,they couldn＇t do well.We do some questionnaire and interview in order to collect source material.We analyze the reason for implementation deviation of policy and put forward some suggestions for how to do policy better. |
