| 摘 要： | 中国近代的船政文化之所以能以其丰富的积淀、深厚的根基和独特的魅力深深激励着一代代中华儿女,这与当年开拓者们具备强烈的爱国、务实、创新和以人才为本的精神是息息相关的。本文基于对船政文化精神的阐析,进而探讨在全球化背景下,要让中国城市既不失自身风采又要沟通世界,刻不容缓的任务就是要塑造出城市精神,这无疑对构建特色城市具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | China＇s sailing culture in recent decades could inspire Chinese from generation to generation deeply with its rich accumulation, deep root and unique charm,which is mainly related to the pioneers who had strong spirit of patriotism, innovation ,and talents cultivation. The paper is based on the explanation of the cultural implication of maritime administration. It puts forward that, in order to preserve our characteristics in international exchanges in the context of globalization, it is essential to mold spirit of cities. There is no doubt that it has great signification for building a distinctive city. |
