| 摘 要： | 民国时期,安徽的社会救济和社会保障是交织在一起的,其社会救济包含了社会保障.当时的社会救济包括贫穷救济、职业救济,灾害灾难救济等,而公立社会救济占主导地位,民问救济团体很多并发辉了重要作用.特别是共产党领导的苏区、抗日民主根据地、解放区的社会救济和社会保障为营造良好的社会环境积累了经验.

| Abstract: | Social relieves in Anhui during the Republic of China consisted of poverty relief,profession relief,disaster relief,and so on.Among them,relieves from government was the mainstream in contrast to those from the folk.Nongovernmental relief organizations play an important role particularly in Soviet areas administered by the Communist Party,anti-Japanese democratic base and the liberated areas. |
