| 摘 要： | 大学教师肩负着为国家培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律，能适应市场经济和社会发展需求的不同层次的高级专门人才的历史重任。要完成这一历史重任，其必须具备敬业、博学、严谨和创新的基本素质。敬业为本，博学为魂，重在严谨，贵在创新。
