| Abstract: | From macromanagement perspective,the promulgation of Regulations of Academic Libraries of General Higher Learning Institutions(Revised)meets the needs of the development of higher learning institutions in the new century and the demands of academic libraries.This paper studies and interprets rights and obligations of China's aca-demic libraries in the new regulation and tries to make a contrastive analysis of rights and obligations in the purpose of carrying out this regulation in the real library work. |
