| 摘 要： | 陈云同志在领导我国经济建设的长期实践中,形成了丰富而又独特的调查研究思想.主要有三方面:第一,在理念方面,树立解放思想、实事求是为调查研究前提的指导思想;第二,在调查方法方面,实行普遍调查与典型调查相结合;第三,在调查态度方面,虚心向人民群众学习.这些思想和方法,对于中国共产党进行科学决策,提高执政能力,改进工作作风,有着重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | In leading the long-term economic construction of China, CHEN Yun formed both rich and unique investigation and research thought and practical activities, which is characterized by three respects: firstly, in terms of ideology, he set up the guiding principle that emancipating thought and seeking truck are the prerequisites of investigation and research; secondly, in terms of investigation methods, a combining method of ordinary investigation and specific investigation should be used;and thirdly, in terms of investigation attitude, he proposed that we should go to the basic masses and learn from the people honestly. Therefore, there thought and methods are of practical significance in helping us to make our policies scientifically, raise our abilities of governance and improve our working style. |
