| 摘 要： | 莎士比亚的《罗密欧与朱丽叶》和元代戏剧家王实甫的《西厢记》,这两部戏剧存在一个明显的共同点:情境与结局的巨大差异。本文从这一文学现象的比较分析入手,重点探讨产生这种文学现象的文化因素,从而更好地了解中英戏剧观念和戏剧传统。

| Abstract: | Romio and Juliet is similar in plot and ending to The West Chamber, a play written by Wang Shi-fu of the Yuan Dynasty. Starting with comparison and analysis of amount of facts, the thesis focus on the various cultural factors of the literary phenomenon and aims to strengthen our sense of drama and our understanding of the dramatic tradition between China and Britain. |
