| 摘 要： | 当前我国公共政策分析课程教育存在程式化与随意性并存、理论性与实践性脱节、陈旧观念与新颖知识互斥等问题。原因就在于政策科学本身的身份认同危机。从教与学的角度出发,公共政策分析课程教育要整合现有资源,标明学科独立性,促进学习者的视角转换,以教学相长的姿态谋求公共政策分析学科的发展。
