摘    要:网络教育强调且适合于个别化自主学习。网络成人学习者受多种因素的影响,学习中面临很多不适应和困难,影响到自主学习质量。师生交互是网络教学的根本,有效的师生交互是突出学习者主体地位、为学习者提供个性化服务、提高自主学习质量的有效途径和重要保障。通过强化成人学习者现代信息技术技能和素养、发挥教师主导作用、重视和突出学习者主体地位、创设良好网上学习环境、创新交互形式和方法等措施,可以增强师生交互效果,进而提高网络自主学习质量。

Abstract:The E-learning emphasizes and is suitable for individualized autonomic learning.Adult E-learners are influenced by many factors and they’re facing many difficulties in learning,which influences the quality of autonomic learning.Interaction between teachers and students is the root of the E-learning.The effective interaction between teacher and students is the effective way and important guarantee to highlight learners’ subject status,which supplies personalized service to learners and improve the quality of autonomic learning.We can make the following efforts to strengthen the effect of interaction between teacher and students to improve quality of autonomic E-learning: First,to strengthen the E-learners’ modern info-tech skills and qualities;Second,to emphasize the teacher’s guiding role;Third,to create a better E-learning environment;In the end,to innovate good interaction form and method.
