| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国现代化建设的主力军,但由于农民工文化程度低、职业技能单一,制约了农民工就业和经济发展,接受相应的培训已经成为他们的迫切需要。从农民工培训的现状出发,揭示了农民工培训中存在的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Migrant workers is the main force of China’s modernization construction,but low educational level and single vocational skills have restricted the employment of migrant workers and economic development.Receiving appropriate training has become their urgent need.According to the current situation of the training of migrant workers,the problems in the process of the training of migrant workers were revealed,and some related proposals were put forward. |
