| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、归纳演绎法、逻辑分析等方法分析1995-2003年女子竞技体操三大比赛中霍尔金娜的出色表现,结果表明:其动作的优美性及动作的独创性是形成个人动作风格的重要因素,从而进一步说明体操运动员的风格特征及培养,旨在为我国体操训练提供一线参考.

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review, generalization and extension, logical analysis, the excellent achievement of Svetlana Khorkina in the important women gymnastics competitions in 1995-2003 was counted. The results show that the excellence and unique of her movements form her movement style, and further illustrate the style and cultivation of gymnasts, thus offering reference for the training of Chinese gymnastics. |
