| 摘 要： | 核心期刊的存在源于文献分布规律。从文献利用的角度，将文献计量评价与专家测评相结合，采用多指标多角度综合筛选出的核心期刊，可以作为图书情报部门选购期刊和导读的参考依据，但将其作为科研绩效评价的工具还具有一定的局限性和偏差。 |

| Abstract: | The core journals originate from the document distribution law.The methods of selecting core journals are the combination of documentary statistics and specialists' evaluation of the periodicals plus the multi-indexes from multi-angles.The core journals can be used as the reference and classification base for choosing journals and guiding readers.However,core journals have some limitations and deviations when used as an assessment tool for scientific research achievements. |
