| 摘 要： | 校本培训是农村教师专业发展的重要途径。农村教师校本培训随着具体培训实践的展开，存在的主要问题有经费短缺、农村教师的主体意识不够、培训体系实效性不高、培训部门体系缺乏协调统一。改进这些问题的对策是政府加大培训经费的投入、激励教师培训的积极性、办农村特色校本培训、突出校本培训的开放性、创造良好校本培训环境。
