| 摘 要： | 借助现有的网络资源建立“审稿专家库”,进行网上组稿与网上审稿;编辑在加工稿件时也借助于网络与作者进行沟通,确保将稿件加工到最佳程度,既可以提高编校质量,又可以提高办刊效率。网络营销不但可以扩大学报的影响,还可以获得一定的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Peer - review experts system should be established in virtue of present network resources, and contribution soliciting and peer - view can conduct through network. Editors in editing and revising the contributions can also communicated with authors through network in order to ensure the success of amending, which can improve the quality and efficiency of university journals. Network marketing not only can enlarge the fame of a journal, but also can obtain a certain degree of economic benefits. |
