| Abstract: | In this paper,through the analysis of the significance of the decision-making process of local governments under the rule of law and the problems in the local government decision-making process,the author puts forward some specific measures for local government decision-making procedures under the rule of law from the aspects such as legislation,legal review and system guarantee in order to help to improve the local government decision-making mechanism in China. |
