| 摘 要： | 职务经济犯罪的危害极大。犯罪主体除受外部环境的诱惑之外,还与其反社会的意志特征密切相关。在其具有极大危害性的犯罪动机和犯罪目的的支配下,经过精心的策划,进而才敢冒极大的风险,疯狂地进行经济犯罪活动,在金钱面前失去了国家公职人员应有的抗诱惑力和自我控制能力。

| Abstract: | The position economic crime is very harmful. This is caused not only by the objective seduction from the outside, but also by the evil consciousness of the suspect and especially the suspect's counter-social volitional features. Under the strong influence of their harmful criminal intention and goals, together with their careful and strategic planning, suspects are prepared to take great risks to commit their economic crimes. Therefore, they have lost their self-control and their ability of counter-seduction as public servants. |
