| 摘 要： | 本文在分析社会资本理论的由来与发展的基础上，阐述了社会资本的概念和特征，界定了不同创新组织在知识流动过程中所形成的知识链，分析了知识链中的社会资本及其影响因素，探讨了社会资本在知识链中的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of socia l capital on the basis of analyzing the origin and development of social capital t heory. Then it defines the knowledge chain that is formed in the knowledge flo w among various innovative organization. Furthermore, this paper not only analy zes social capital and it's affected elements in knowledge chain, but also disc usse s on the significance of social capital in knowledge chain. |
