| 摘 要： | 运用“心理健康诊断量表”(MHT)对陕西省咸阳市、延安市、宝鸡市、渭南市、铜川市、西安市、榆林市随机抽取的35个自然班1000名中小学生进行测查，旨在了解陕西省中小学生心理健康状况。结果表明：陕西省中小学生心理健康总体水平是比较好的，但在个别分量表上存在不同程度的心理问题；女生心理健康总体水平低于男生；影响中小学生心理健康问题的最主要的因素是学校教育和家庭教育。同时提出解决陕西省中小学生心理健康问题的相关建议。

| Abstract: | This research aims to explore the physiological health stated by using the scaling of mental health test(MHT) on primary and middle school in the Shaanxi Province of China. The results show that most students are healthy. The mental health degree of female students is lower than that of male students. The major factors which influence students' psychological health are education of both school and family. This paper also puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems of students' psychological health. |
