| Abstract: | The article considers that the key in rural area is to construct a well off society put forward in bulletin of CPC Sixteenth Convention. We should develop the urban industry, and the economy to transfer surplus labor in rural area and speed the urbanization, agricultural modernization in Anhui Province. At the same time, it is important to establish the well off society in the countryside and the target evaluatim system. |
