| 摘 要： | 近年来,证人不出庭作证成了刑事诉讼法学界关注的焦点。本文通过介绍"隐蔽作证"制度,探讨"隐蔽作证"制度在我国的必要性和可行性,为我国"隐蔽作证"制度的建构及其保障措施提出构想,进而完善我国刑事证人出庭作证制度。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the witness being not appearant in the court has become the focus to the scholars who study the criminal procedure law. By introducing the system of testifying by concealment and analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the system in our country, the thesis puts forward some tentative ideas to the construction and security measures of this system so as to improve the system that the criminal witness＇s appearance in court. |
