| 摘 要： | 射箭运动员赛场上的竞争,归根结底是以核心竞赛能力、自我心理调控能力的较量。提出以技术训练与心理训练相结合,立足射箭技术动作的精确性、规范性、协调性这一训练重点,阐述提高比赛能力的方法途径。

| Abstract: | The archery competes in upper competition,is that ability,oneself mentality regulates controls and the ability arguing with core contest in the last analysis.This article proposes that the focus of this training is the technique of combining training and mental training,archery action based on the accuracy,standardization,coordination,and also describes the way to improve competition ability. |
