| 摘 要： | 在卡斯特罗执政的近五十年内，古巴政权一直稳若磐石，这是与卡斯特罗的统治方略和人格魅力分不开的。无论在冷战时期，还是苏东解体后，他始终把经济发展和关系到民生大计的政策放在首位。同时他也与时俱进，审时度势，意识到古巴现代化的必然性。带领古巴人民走出了一条具有古巴特色的社会主义道路。这也是为什么卡斯特罗政权在美国历届政府的封锁下。依然受到古巴最广大人民拥戴的原因。

| Abstract: | The regime of Cuba has been always steady within the fifty years' reign of Castro.It is closely connected with the ruling strategy and the personality of Castro.Either in the period of Cold War or after the disaggregation of Soviet and the Eastern Europe,he has put the policy concerning the people's livelihood in the first place all the time.At the same time,he also keeps the pace with the time and recognizes the inevitability of modernization.He is leading the Cuba people to the way of socialism characteristic of Cuba.This also explains why the reign of Castro has always been supported by the majority of Cuba people under the blockage of each successive US government. |
