| 摘 要： | 经过十余年的发展,"文教结合"战略已成为一种制度创新模式,既引领着文化艺术的传承与传播,也指导着文化创意产业的服务支撑和人才引育,产教互动的特征日趋明显.本文通过对上海地区四所综合型高校的个案研究,试图厘清当前普通高校文化艺术教育的开展模式及其产教互动特征.未来高校文化艺术教育应当形成对共同治理需求的深度共识,探索符合实际的产教融合领导机制;加大对人才培养需求的双向认同,深化学科内涵建设的产教融合;推动对关键资源需求的共同理解,完善"人财物"等关键环节的机制保障,真正实现从"产教互动"到"产教融合"的转变.
