| 摘 要： | 对我国高校职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养现状调查发现,我国高校在培养职业技术教育学硕士研究生方面存在诸多问题,包括培养目标倾向学术型人才、课程设置不合理、培养模式单一及导师队伍素质结构不健全等.职业技术教育学硕士研究生理想的人才培养策略体现在培养目标多样化、课程设置合理化、创新培养模式、完善导师素质结构等. |
