摘    要:心理资本是影响高职教师工作满意度的重要因素.既有文献认为工作压力应与心理资本相匹配,但对"如何匹配"研究较少.对高职教师工作分析认为,乐观、自信、希望、坚韧等心理资本要素对工作压力与工作满意度具有一定的调节作用.

Abstract:Psychological capital is an important factor that influences job satisfaction of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Previous research believes that psychological capital should be matched with job stress,but little research has been done on how to match them.The analysis of this paper shows that,there are certain moderating effects of psychological capital such as optimism,confidence,hope,resiliency on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of teacher in higher vocational colleges.
