| 摘 要： | 高职酒店管理专业入门课程教材名称内涵混乱,其体系多为管理原理加酒店业务或酒店业务与管理的"拼盘",课程逻辑混乱,内容叠加.基于对中外酒店的跟踪、了解,以及对高职学情分析,将入门教材定位于承接前置课程与衔接后续课程的"酒店概论",以酒店整体形态发展的过去、现在和未来为逻辑主线对酒店入门教材进行重新架构.
