| 摘 要： | 订单培养模式对高职院校的人才培养有着重要意义，能够弥补学校所教知识落后于社会发展的不足，使所教内容与企业需求同步，有利于增强人才培养的针对性和适用性。通过辽宁科技学院冶金专业“2＋1”订单培养的实践，总结出“2＋1”订单培养模式提出的背景、运行框架和对学院发展的意义。

| Abstract: | Order training pattern has an important meaning for talents' training of higher vocational colleges,which can make up the shortage that the knowledge taught by colleges lag behind social development.Its content needs the same development as enterprises,which is benefit for talents' training.With the practice of "2 1" order training in the major of metallurgy of Liaoning Scientific Technology Institute,this paper summarizes the background and operating frame of "2 1" order training pattern and the meaning for college' s development. |
