| 摘 要： | 本文指出了数字图书馆建设离不开技术创新和人文精神，探讨了数字图书馆成本与收益的构成，从成本-收益理论中派生出三条法则，并运用它们分别解读了数字图书馆技术与人文的协调发展中的资金成本和服务收益、成本构成和服务质量以及降低成本和规模发展问题。

| Abstract: | The article points out that the digital library cannot be constructed without technical innovation and humanistic spirit. With a discussion on the benefit-cost structure of digital library, the article derives three principles from the benefit-cost theory. Using these principles, the article explains the relationships between capital cost and service benefit, cost structure and service quality, and cost reduction and scale development separately in the coordinated development of technology and humanistic spirit in the digital library. |
