| Abstract: | The contradictory disposition of Scarlet in Gone with the Wind causes her charmed and prolonged literature image,this article tries to promulgate the inner contradiction of Scarlet's disposition through three groups of contradictory and unific disposition elements' mutual function,namely,the mixed-blood personality of water and flame;the marriage and love principle of altruism and egotism;the dual pursue in material and spiritual. |
