师范生实践性知识生成研究——基于实习的个案分析

摘    要:教育实习是师范生实践性知识生成的重要阶段。文章选取了教育实习这一关键场景中的个案进行研究,以叙事的方式分析了其实践性知识的生成。研究发现,师范生教学意象的形成主要源于家庭生活经历、中学受教经历、大学师范教育及自我反思和对理想教学的期待,而并非产生于教育实习中;教学情境的不同导致了教学方法的转变。研究建议,要重视师范生生活史中教育知识、信念的揭示;个体经验透过自我反思有助于实践性知识的生成;营造良好的教学环境促进师范生实践性知识的生成。

Abstract:Teaching practice is an important stage of the normal students’ practical knowledge generation.This paper carries out a case study during the teaching practice,regarding this kind of practice as the most important situation and process.The paper,using the narrative method to analyze of the generation of practical knowledge.The study finds out that the formation of the normal students’ teaching image from the experience of family life,secondary schools taught by experienced,university of teacher education and self-reflection and the expectations of the ideal teaching,rather than produced in the teaching practice.Different teaching situation led to the transformation of teaching methods.The paper suggests that attention should be paid to the normal students the life cycle of educational knowledge,beliefs reveal;Individual experiences contribute to the generation of practical knowledge through self-reflection;To create a good teaching environment to promote the formation of the normal students’ practical knowledge.
