| 摘 要： | 以西部地区中小企业融资难问题为基础,阐述在西部地区设立民营银行的有利条件与可能遇到的困难。经过分析西部地区现有的银行体系,得出以中小商业银行民营化和入股村镇银行的方式建立民营银行,更加适合西部地区的金融环境的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper w as based on the financing difficulties of the sm all and m edium-sized enterprises. It states the opportunities and challenges confronting private banks set up in the w estern regions. Through the analysis of the existing banking system in the w estern area, it is concluded that private capital＆#39;s setting up private bank by the privatization of sm all and m edium-sized com m ercial banks and by becom ing shareholders of village bank w ill suit for the financial environm ent in the w estern regions. |
