| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,图书馆危机管理已成为图书馆管理者和工作人员所面临的全新课题.中山图书馆发生的"北斋拆迁事件",充分说明了公共沟通在危机管理中的重要性.公共沟通应具备三要素,即信息接受者、媒介体和接受者.图书馆在公共沟通过程中要消除误区,加强对图书馆文化公共身份的体认意识的基本原则与方法.
