| 摘 要： | 我国新建本科院校是向应用技术大学转型发展的主体,实施应用技术大学战略改革具有重大的战略意义和现实意义,当下主要任务是改革学校管理体制、加强双师型师资队伍建设、改革和创新人才培养模式、加强优势学科与特色专业建设、深化合作教育、强化应用性科学研究、构建现代职业教育体系。应用技术大学战略改革需要通过理念研究引领改革、体制机制保障改革、重点突破推进改革、实施方案和行动计划落实改革。

| Abstract: | Our newly established colleges should focus on the ten major tasks of the reform of school management system construction,double-mode teachers team,advantages of disciplines and specialties,the teaching reform of applied education,research on the application of sciences,enrollment system reform,employment guidance and construction of modern occupation education system in China. Colleges should take the effective measures,bold innovation,to promote actively the strategy reform of university of applied science. |
