| 摘 要： | 为全面及时掌握夷陵区森林资源雪灾损失情况,夷陵区林业局根据《湖北省雨雪冰冻灾害森林资源损失调查评估实施细则》的调查要求,对全区森林资源受灾情况进行全面调查,提出森林资源恢复重建和科学经营的建议,为灾后重建提供科学依据。

Influence of Rain and Frost Damage on Forestry in Yiling District and Countermeasures |

| Abstract: | To administrate overall loss hit by this year’s snow calamity,an investigation into forest resources hit by natural calamites in Yiling District,Yichang City was conducted by Yiling District Bureau of Forestry in accordance with"Detailed Implementation Rules of Survey and Assessment on Damages Hit by Rain,Snow,and Frost Calamities in Hubei Province". And consequently,a proposal of recovery and reforestation of forest resources and management is offered in a bid to set up a scientific reference to the post-disaster reconstruction. |
