| 摘 要： | 技术创新是科技与经济的结合点或中间环节，它既是一种技术行为，也是一种经济行为，因而企业是技术创新的主体，我国企业的技术创新工作还很落后，存在的主要问题是：企业的创新主体地位不够明确，创新动力不足，创新空间狭小，创新能力不高。解决这些问题，要转变观念，使企业真正成为技术创新的主体，要实行政企分开，扩大企业创新空间，要采取有效措施，全面提高企业的创新能力。

| Abstract: | Technological innovation is the combining point and middling link between science, technology and economy. It is a kind of technological act as well as economic one.Thus we can say that the enterprises are the main body of technological innovation.But the technological innovation work in the enterprises in our country is still rather backward and in this respect there exist many problems such as the unclear position of enterprises as the main body of technological innovation,the inadequate impetus,the small space and the poor innovative abilities of enterprises. To solve these problems,we should,first,change our ideas and make the enterprises the main body of technological innovation;second,separate the government from the enterprises and enlarge the space of enterprises' technological innovation;and finally,take effective measures and enhance the enterprises' innovative abilities. |
