| 摘 要： | 阐述构建图书馆读者满意度评价指标体系及各个评价指标的具体含义,提出运用黄金分割（0.618）标度的层次分析法确定指标体系的各项指标权重,避免层次分析法因采用传统标度造成的权重不协调现象;指出实现对单一图书馆读者满意度的定量评价,使图书馆读者满意度的评价更为客观、合理,并通过具体算例说明该评价方法的详细算法。

| Abstract: | The assessment system for the reader’s satisfaction degree in the academic library has been constructed from the four aspects, i.e., the literature resources, service manner, service effects and entire service environment, and the significations of the assessment indices are clarified. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the paper puts forward a golden section (0.618) scaling for determining the weights of the assessment indices, which avoids the disharmonic weights of the indices obtained by the usual scaling. The method proposed can achieve the assessment for the reader’s satisfaction degree of an individual library, and make the assessment more impersonal and reasonable. The assessment method is illustrated by an exhaustive example. |
