| 摘 要： | 采用SCL-90临床症状自评量表对广东省的294名教师与719名正常成人群体进行心理健康调查，发现教师心理健康水平明显要好于正常成人群体。还探讨了教师群体与全国常模、外来工、精神科护士、大陆三省正常成人、中学教师、小学教师群体的心理健康比较状况；结果显示教师心理健康水平要好于本省的正常成人、外来务工群体、精神科护士、粤西中学教师；要差于全国常模、三省正常成人、东莞小学教师群体。并从教师个体角度对教师保持心理健康提出建议。

| Abstract: | Taking SCL- 90 of Guangdong Province,294 teachers and 719 normal adult groups as the subject for mental health survey, it is found that teachers＇ mental health were significantly better than that of normal adults. And the exploration has been made for comparing the mental healthy status of the teachers group with the national normal adult group,foreign workers,psychiatric nurses,three provinces normal adults,sccondary school teachers, primary school teachers. The results showed that a teachers＇ level of mental health is better than the normal adults of local provinoes, foreign workers groups, psychiatric nurses,secondary school teachers;but worse than the national norreal adults,normal adults of three provinces,groups of primary school teachers. Then the advices on psychological health are proposed from the perspective of teachers. |
