| 摘 要： | 武术中的拳风与人格的关乐蕴涵着丰富的运动心理学思想,人品与人格的差异在练拳风格上能够充分地体现出来。因此,要通过选材、教育、心理学训练引导如何培养武术人才,形成自己好的拳风,良好的品德及独特的人格魅力,来发扬和光大我国传统的体育项目:武术。

| Abstract: | The relationship between fist's style and personality in wushu contains rich sports psychological thought, the difference moral quality and personality can be reflected completely in the style of fist practising. Therefore, we should carry out selecting the talents,educating them, and doing some psycholgical training to guide how to cultivate the talents of wushu, form the good fists style, the quality and unique charm to develop the traditional, sports: wushu. |
