| 摘 要： | 陕西省中学物理教师素质结构不尽合理,不能完全满足新课程教学要求。表现在教育观念相对滞后;知识结构中偏重于对物理教材知识的掌握;教学能力尚可但科研能力欠佳;对教学技能的认识基本到位但实际水平较低等方面。

| Abstract: | The diathesis structure of the physics teachers in middle school in Shaanxi Province is not reasonable and can't feed the demand of the new curriculum teaching.Such as comparatively laggard educational ideas and much more emphasis on specialty knowledge in physics textbook.The teaching capacity is not at all bad but the capacity of research is famine and the thought about the teaching skill is pretty good but the real standard is relatively poor,etc. |
