纺机常用件设计系统中知识管理子系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了纺机常用件设计系统的设计思想和总体框架.针对常用件设计知识的特点,提出了把隐性知识固化于零件模板和把显性知识融入到设计资源库,并利用树形结构来组织管理的处理方法.研究了知识管理子系统的信息模型和知识树类的封装.最后给出了运行实例,表明系统实现了设计知识的提取,存储,繁衍,继承和重用,大大降低了常用件设计工作的重复劳动,提高了零件设计速度和设计准确性.

Research on the Knowledge Management System of CAD System for Textile Machinery
Abstract:This paper introduces the design principles and whole frame of CAD system for textile Machinery. Aim at the characteristics of design knowledge of common parts, the knowledge has been divided into recessive knowledge fixed in the part template and explicit knowledge stored in the design resource base and managed by tree structure. The paper also researches the information model of the system and the encapsulation of knowledge tree. A practical example indicates that the design knowledge can be distilled, stored, inherited, multiplied and reused so that greatly reduces the repeated work of designer, and obviously improves speed and accuracy of parts designing.
