摘    要:新建兰新第二双线高速铁路西宁隧道断面大、埋深浅、围岩为湿陷性黄土、卵石土,地下水丰富,下穿既有兰西高速公路,地质条件复杂,为铁道部一级风险管理隧道,施工难度国内罕见。施工中采用大管幕超前预支护,双侧壁导坑法施工,辅以洞内降水等措施,最终得以安全顺利完成下穿施工任务,取得显著地社会和经济效益。为复杂地质条件下,下穿高速公路隧道施工提供了经验借鉴。

Construction Technology of Large Span and Shallowly Buried Tunnel through Existing High Way

Abstract:The tunnel of the second Lanzhou-Xinjiang double track high speed railway in Xining is under the top risk management of the Ministry of Railways. It has a large tunnel section and is shallowly buried. Its surrounding rocks are the collapsible loess and cobble soil. There is rich underground water. It needs to cross through the existing Lanzhou-Xi'an high speed railway, which makes its construction very difficult. In the construction, large pipe roof was used for the pre-support, and pilot tunnel method was used in the construction of the side walls. Finally the construction was completed safely and smoothly, which will provide reference for the similar tunnel construction.
