| 摘 要： | 构建农村社区终身学习体系,是欠发达地区构建和谐社会、促进农村经济发展和实现终身教育的需要。结合张家口地区现代远程教育的实际,提出构建以现代远程教育为平台,以机制与模式建设为重心的"三位一体"的农村社区终身学习体系的设想。
