| 摘 要： | 高职教育促进区域经济发展,区域经济决定高职教育发展.针对兵团高职教育发展面临的新机遇,对兵团高职教育与区域经济发展的适应性进行探讨,得出结论:兵团高职教育的规模、办学条件及质量虽有了稳步提升,但仍在规模、速度及专业结构等方面同经济发展存在不协调等问题.基于兵团高职教育与经济平衡长远发展考虑,特从兵团经济、政府层、院校层及企业层提出应对之策.
