| 摘 要： | 针对当前体育教育专业教学技能训练普遍存在的理论与实践脱节现象，运用当代大学生生活、学习必备的工具手机与电脑网络，设计出集“课堂教学、课外培训、日常生活、休闲娱乐、教育研究”为一体的手机与网络对接下的体育教学技能训练新模式，提供了体育教学技能训练的新途径．实践证明，该模式能调动学生学习的合作性、主动性和积极性，实现体育教学技能训练随时化、生活化、科学化、娱乐化、博弈化，从而提高学生的体育教学能力．

| Abstract: | Resorting to mobile phone and Internet often employed by college students in their lives and learning activities, it designs a training mode for PE teaching skills which puts together classroom teaching, training after school, leisure and recreation, educational research. Thus it puts forward a new way to physical training mode for teaching skills. Practice has proved that, this mode can fully mobilize students＇ cooperativeness, positiveness and enthusiasm, which makes the skill training at any time with characteristics of life,science, entertainment and game |
